A Two-Day Workshop with Judy Taylor

at The Turner Ranch

Join us if you are a beginner or want to freshen up on the basics
of plein air painting in watercolor, oil, or acrylics.
We will start in the morning with a tutorial on color mixing and
organizing a palette. We will then proceed to explore areas of the
beautiful Turner ranch in Blanco Texas, where you will work plein
air with individualized personal help from Judy.
She will help you structure your painting and composition in your
initial lay-in, and will lead you in the principles of painting directly
from the landscape. Judy works individually with students, and
targets lessons personally to your artwork, whether beginner or
advanced.
After the tutorial and once we are set up, she will go from student
to student. All students are encouraged to work on an easel.
Supply lists and directions will be sent well before the date.
